Ingredients
½ kilogram of Chicken liver
2 Chopped onions
3 tablespoons of Fat
2 Boiled eggs
1 teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet with a little oil, add the onions to cook slowly until caramelized, then remove and set aside.
Step 2 : In the same fat, cook the chicken liver for about five minutes until fully cooked.
Step 3 : Then, both the onions and liver are passed through a meat grinder or blended in a blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Step 4 : To this mixture, add the chopped boiled eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
Step 5 : The preparation is refrigerated until serving time, and traditionally it is served with bread or challah to complete a pleasant and typical dish.
