1 kilogram of Flour
1 Egg
50 grams of Yeast
400 milliliters of Warm water
Olive oil
Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The yeast is dissolved in warm water and set aside.
Step 2 : In a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar, oil, and beaten egg.
Step 3 : Add the dissolved yeast and knead with your hands until you obtain a soft, non-sticking dough.
Step 4 : Let it rest for an hour, then knead again and form the braids.
Step 5 : Next, place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at medium heat.
Step 6 : Optionally, brush with egg and decorate with seeds.
