Ingredients
500 grams of Flour
300 milliliters of Warm water
60 grams of Butter or melted margarine
Black sesame seeds
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The preparation begins by mixing the flour, water, and salt until a soft dough forms, kneading for 15 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, knead again for another 15 minutes until achieving a perfect, smooth dough.
Step 3 : Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape them into soft balls, brushing them with butter and letting them rest for 45 minutes.
Step 4 : Carefully roll out each dough ball into thin sheets.
Step 5 : Brush each side with melted butter, fold the dough, and tie into a knot to improve its texture.
Step 6 : Cover and rest for another 45 minutes.
Step 7 : Roll out the dough again and cut with a round mold.
Step 8 : In a hot skillet, fry each Malawach for a few minutes on each side over medium heat.
