1 kilogram of Flour

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

300 grams of Dambo or stick cheese

Parmesan cheese

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of White cheese

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, grate the cheeses into a bowl and then beat the eggs, incorporating them into the bowl along with the cheese.

Step 2 : Next, add a pinch of salt, pepper, white cheese, and baking powder.

Step 3 : Mix the oil with the flour, breaking up any lumps, and add salt to taste and water.

Step 4 : Then, proceed to knead the dough.

Step 5 : Once ready, form small balls with your hands and roll them out with a rolling pin until a thin dough is achieved.

Step 6 : Subsequently, cut circles with the edge of a glass and stretch them a little more.

Step 7 : Fill the disks with a teaspoon of cheese and seal them with your fingers or with the help of a fork.
