Ingredients

2 kilograms of Lamb meat

¼ Nutmeg

½ tablespoon of Black peppercorns

1 tablespoon of Allspice berries

½ tablespoon of Coriander

½ teaspoon of Ground cinnamon

4 Cloves

¼ tablespoon of Cumin seeds

¼ tablespoon of Cardamom seeds

Wine vinegar

8 Pita bread

Preparation

Step 1 : To marinate the meat, place black peppercorns, baharat, ground cinnamon, allspice berries, crushed garlic cloves, wine vinegar, cold water, and lemon juice in a container.

Step 2 : Once marinated, the meat is ready for grilling.

Step 3 : It is recommended to cut the meat into large steaks to insert into skewers with brochette sticks.

Step 4 : Be sure to reserve the marinade juice to brush the skewers during cooking.

Step 5 : Cook the skewers over hot coals for 30-40 minutes until ready.

Step 6 : Then, slice the meat into thin strips about 5 cm long.

Step 7 : Serve the meat at the table along with pita bread, slices of tomato, onion, lettuce, and sesame tahini sauce.
