2 tablespoons of Large sesame paste seeds

2 Lemons

Garlic

Cumin

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The garlic, water, and lemon juice will be processed with a teaspoon of salt in a blender or food processor until a coarse puree is obtained.

Step 2 : Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to allow the garlic to soften.

Step 3 : Then, strain the garlic mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a small bowl, pressing the solids to extract the maximum liquid possible.

Step 4 : Return the liquid to the food processor and discard the solids.

Step 5 : Add the tahini to the liquid and pulse to combine properly.

Step 6 : Once ready, pour the hummus into a shallow bowl, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with parsley.
