500 grams of Carrots
2 Apples
1 Sweet potato
150 grams of Dried fruits
150 grams of Soaked raisins
1 teaspoon of Honey
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Orange
50 milliliters of Apple juice

Preparation
Step 1 : Begin the preparation by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots, apples, and sweet potato into small and uniform cubes.
Step 3 : In an ovenproof dish, brush the bottom with a drizzle of olive oil and add the fruits and vegetables, mixing them carefully to absorb honey, cinnamon, orange zest, and orange juice.
Step 4 : Then, evenly distribute the soaked dried fruits over the mixture.
Step 5 : Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for approximately one hour, or until all ingredients are well cooked and tender, ensuring the flavors meld perfectly.
Step 6 : Once baked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
