1 Piloncillo block

1 Fresh pineapple piece

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing drink, the first step is to wash the pineapple thoroughly and slice all the peels, making sure each cut includes a portion of the fruit pulp.

Step 2 : Next, in a large pot, bucket, or jar, pour 4 or 5 liters of water and dissolve the piloncillo block completely in it.

Step 3 : Then, add the pineapple peels and cover the container with a cloth or kitchen towel.
