Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Salep (orchid root powder)

1 can of Whole coconut milk

80 grams of Salep coconut milk

30 grams of Nocello liqueur

15 grams of Raspberry liqueur

Pistachios, toasted and roughly chopped, for garnish

Shredded coconut, for garnish

Cinnamon stick

Preparation

Step 1 : In a blender, mix the milk ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, in a cocktail shaker, combine all the cocktail ingredients except for the garnishes.

Step 3 : Then, using an espresso wand, steam the mixture until frothy, which usually takes about 10 seconds.

Step 4 : Finally, pour the drink into a cup, garnish with pistachios and coconut, and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Step 5 : Enjoy!
