Ingredients

4 Boneless chicken breasts

1 cup of Flour

2 Eggs

2 teaspoons of Coconut milk

2 cups of Breadcrumbs

Paprika

Garlic powder

½ liter of Seed oil

1 Lemon

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The chef starts by taking the chicken breasts, which are cut into fillets.

Step 2 : Then, using a meat mallet, flatten each one until they are thin and tender.

Step 3 : Prepare three separate dishes: one with flour, salt, and pepper; another with beaten eggs and coconut milk; and the last with breadcrumbs, paprika, and garlic powder.

Step 4 : First, dip each fillet into the flour mixture, shaking gently to remove excess.

Step 5 : Then, immerse it in the egg and coconut milk mixture, making sure it is well coated.

Step 6 : Finally, cover it with the breadcrumb mixture with spices, pressing slightly so that the coating is even and well adhered.

Step 7 : Once breaded, place the fillets on plastic wrap to keep the coating in place.

Step 8 : Next, heat enough seed oil in a skillet and fry the fillets for about 5 to 6 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

Step 9 : When ready, remove them and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 10 : Finally, serve hot, accompanied by lemon slices to delicately and pleasantly enhance their flavor.
