Ingredients
1 kilogram of Fish for cooking, cut into chunks
1 kilogram of Chopped tomatoes
½ kilogram of Red peppers, sliced
4 Large chopped onions
10 Chopped garlic cloves
1 Chopped parsley bunch
1 Chopped cilantro bunch
½ cup of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 Lemon, sliced into thin rounds
1 liter of Water
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Chopped onions are sautéed over low heat for 10 minutes, until transparent.
Step 2 : All ingredients are added except the fish and cooked over low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 3 : After that, water is added and brought to a boil.
Step 4 : Once the broth has boiled, the fish pieces are added and cooked for 20 minutes.
Step 5 : Serve with chopped parsley.
