1 Lamb leg
⅓ cup of Olive oil
1 tablespoon of Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon of Fresh thyme, chopped
7 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of Salt
Fresh ground pepper
½ cup of White wine
20 milliliters of Lemon juice
2 Lemons sliced into rounds

Step 1 : The first suggestion for preparing the lamb leg is to preheat the oven to 425°F.
Step 2 : Next, make incisions all over the lamb leg and sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Step 3 : Then, it is recommended to mix the oil with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper, and rub this mixture all over the meat.
Step 4 : Subsequently, place lemon slices on the meat, cover it, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour, although leaving it overnight is an option.
Step 5 : After this resting period, remove the lamb from the refrigerator and, if necessary, wipe off excess marinade.
