Ingredients

¼ pound of Chicken liver

¼ pound of Chicken hearts

½ pound of Chicken thighs in pieces

1 Sliced onion

1 ½ teaspoon of Turmeric

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

1 teaspoon of Cardamom

1 ½ teaspoon of Paprika

1 teaspoon of Chili powder

1 teaspoon of Ground coriander

3 teaspoons of Sumac

3 Chopped garlic cloves

¼ cup of Olive oil

Chopped parsley

Hot pita bread

Tahini sauce

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by mixing all the spices, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic in a bowl to prepare an aromatic marinade.

Step 2 : Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add two tablespoons of the spice mixture, stirring to release its aroma.

Step 3 : Then, add the chopped onion, chicken hearts, and chicken thighs to the skillet, cooking everything together for about seven minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked.

Step 4 : Afterward, add the chicken liver and continue cooking a few more minutes, ensuring it remains tender and fully cooked.

Step 5 : To serve the dish, open a pita bread in half and generously spread it with tahini sauce.

Step 6 : On this, place the meat and spice mixture, and if desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
