Noodle Kugel
Ingredients
½ Pack of noodles
200 grams of Arias-type cheese
200 grams of Cream cheese
2 tablespoons of Grated cheese
4 Eggs
4 tablespoons of Melted butter
1 pinch of Nutmeg
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by placing the noodles in a pot with plenty of water and cook until al dente.
Step 2 : Then, drain and set aside.
Step 3 : It is recommended to preheat the oven to 180°C so that it is at the proper temperature when preparing the mixture.
Step 4 : In a large bowl, beat the eggs together with the cream cheese, Arias-type cheese, salt, nutmeg, and grated cheese until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 5 : Next, add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the egg and cheese mixture, and mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 6 : Then, pour this preparation into an oven-safe mold and sprinkle with a little grated cheese on top.
Step 7 : If desired, you can also add breadcrumbs to achieve a more gratinée texture.
Step 8 : Bake the preparation for about 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden and the mixture has a firm consistency, similar to a pudding.
Step 9 : Finally, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving, which allows it to set better and makes it easier to enjoy.
