Ingredients
10 Yukon Gold potatoes
6 Eggs
¾ cup of Oil
½ cup of Sparkling water
2 teaspoons of Salt
½ teaspoon of Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the eggs, oil, sparkling water, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : Blend until a smooth homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Step 4 : Pour this mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Step 5 : Then, take a food processor equipped with the 'C' or 'E' blade.
Step 6 : Grate or process the Yukon Gold potatoes in it until reaching the desired texture, whether in chunky pieces or finely grated.
