2 Eggs

2 Yolks

3 cups of Sugar

5 cups of Flour to taste

400 grams of Margarine

5 tablespoons of Cream

Zest of three lemons

12 Large green apples, diced

20 milliliters of Lemon juice

Raisins and nuts

½ cup of Sweet cookies, grated
