The eggs are mixed with the oil and milk, then flour and salt are added, and the mixture is chilled.

Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 cup of Milk
¾ cup of All-purpose flour, sifted
½ teaspoon of Salt
½ cup of Butter
200 grams of Cream cheese
½ cup of Cottage cheese
1 Egg yolk
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
Strawberry jam
Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1 : The eggs are beaten with the oil and milk.
Step 2 : Add the flour and salt, mix well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3 : For each blintz, melt a teaspoon of butter in a skillet and pour 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mixture, spreading it over the bottom of the pan.
Step 4 : Cook over medium heat until lightly golden on one side, then turn and cook until the other side is golden.
Step 5 : Remove from the skillet.
Step 6 : Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then refrigerate.
Step 7 : Place a spoonful of cheese filling on each blintz, fold, and roll.
Step 8 : Arrange on a glass baking dish and keep warm in the oven.
Step 9 : When serving, accompany the blintzes with strawberry jam and sour cream.
