Ingredients

1 kilogram of Cream cheese

7 Large eggs

400 grams of Sugar

3 Vanilla extract drops

300 grams of Heavy cream

150 grams of Sifted wheat flour

1 Sweet pastry crust

Butter for greasing the pan

Step 1 : On a floured surface, roll out the dough, shaping it to fit the pan.

Step 2 : Grease and flour the pan, then cover it with the pastry crust.

Step 3 : Crack the eggs, separating the yolks into a large bowl and the whites into another bowl.
