Ingredients

1 cup of Flour

cup of Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

Flour for rolling

Preparation

Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 230°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or lightly flouring it.

Step 2 : In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt.

Step 3 : Then, slowly add the water while mixing until you get a soft dough that doesn’t stick to the hands.

Step 4 : Knead the dough gently for one or two minutes on a floured surface.

Step 5 : Next, divide the dough into two or four pieces, depending on the desired size.

Step 6 : Roll each piece with a rolling pin until very thin, approximately 2 mm thick.

Step 7 : Before baking, pierce the entire surface with a fork to prevent the dough from puffing up during baking.

Step 8 : Place the sheets on the tray and bake for five to seven minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.

Step 9 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
