1 kilogram of Flour

1 Yeast packet

4 Eggs

3 cups of Sugar

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

2 cups of Dark cocoa

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, start by dissolving the yeast in half a glass of warm water.

Step 2 : Then, incorporate the 3 eggs and mix well.

Step 3 : In a bowl, sift the flour and mix it with the oil and a glass of sugar.

Step 4 : Add the dissolved yeast and a splash of vanilla essence.

Step 5 : Knead everything together and let the dough rest to ferment the yeast.

Step 6 : Next, divide the dough into 8 portions and flatten them to form discs.

Step 7 : Then, oil the dough and spread it on a baking dish, making sure it doesn't touch the edges.

Step 8 : Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.

Step 9 : Once ready, spread with cocoa and roll into discs.

Step 10 : To finish, decorate with sesame seeds and enjoy!
