8 grams of Dry yeast

60 grams of White sugar

20 grams of Salt

150 grams of Butter

Dough flour

Preparation

Step 1 : The preparation begins by dissolving the yeast in warm water using a mixer with a hook.

Step 2 : Then, add the flour, sugar, and salt, and mix at low speed until the ingredients are combined.

Step 3 : Next, increase the speed to medium and continue kneading for approximately 3 minutes, until the dough becomes elastic and does not stick to the sides of the bowl.

Step 4 : Then, sprinkle flour on a clean surface and work the dough with your hands, stretching and folding it several times to achieve a uniform texture.

Step 5 : Place the dough in a floured bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 30 minutes.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, melt butter in the microwave until very soft but not liquid.

Step 7 : Grease a large plate with butter and divide the dough into 8 equal parts, placing them on the greased dish.

Step 8 : Cover with plastic wrap and let rest another 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 9 : Then, generously grease a round baking dish with the remaining butter.

Step 10 : Lightly flour the surface of each dough ball and, with a brush or your hands, spread each with butter into a sheet about 30 cm in diameter, almost transparent.

Step 11 : At this point, fold the sides toward the center to form a triple fold, then roll the dough to create a cylinder.

Step 12 : Cut each cylinder in half and place the halves in the baking dish with the cut side facing up.

Step 13 : Repeat this process with all the balls, placing all pieces in the dish.

Step 14 : Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about 40 more minutes.

Step 15 : Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and prepare for baking the rolls.

Step 16 : Before putting them in the oven, brush with remaining butter to give them shine, and bake at that temperature for 15 minutes.

Step 17 : Then, reduce the temperature to 165°C (329°F) and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes until golden.

Step 18 : Finally, let the rolls cool in the mold for about 20 minutes before serving.

Step 19 : This way, you can enjoy these delicious traditional rolls, which in their simple steps turn into a true homemade delight.
