8 ounces of Cream cheese
8 ounces of Salted butter
2 cups of Flour
1 ½ cup of Sugar
3 teaspoons of Ground cinnamon
1 cup of Raisins
¾ cup of Chopped nuts

Step 1 : The preparation begins by mixing the cream cheese and butter in a mixer at high speed until you obtain a light and fluffy cream.
Step 2 : Next, add the flour and beat only until incorporated, being careful not to overwork the dough.
Step 3 : The dough is removed from the bowl and gently pounded on a floured surface sprinkled with powdered sugar to compact it.
Step 4 : Then, divide into eight cylinders and refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
Step 5 : Each cylinder is rolled out on a floured surface sprinkled with powdered sugar, forming a rectangle approximately 6 by 9 inches.
Step 6 : In a bowl, prepare the raisins, nuts, sugar, and cinnamon, mixing well to create the filling.
Step 7 : With this mixture, sprinkle over the rolled dough, roll it into a cylinder, and seal the edge by brushing it with a little liquid if necessary.
