Tagalong Hamantaschen
Ingredients
1 cup of Unsalted butter
Sugar
3 Eggs
¼ cup of Cream or milk
1 teaspoon of Pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon of Salt
2 ½ teaspoons of Baking powder
4 cups of Flour
1 ½ cup of Peanut butter
1 cup of Powdered sugar
1 cup of Caramel chocolate coating
1 Egg
1 tablespoon of Cream
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 : In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Step 3 : Then, add the eggs one at a time, followed by the cream or milk and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
Step 4 : Add the salt, baking powder, and flour, mixing well to combine.
Step 5 : Divide the dough into two discs and cover with plastic wrap, placing them in the refrigerator while preparing the fillings and egg wash.
Step 6 : For the peanut butter filling, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a small bowl until well combined.
