Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

4 cups of Chicken soup

¼ cup of Cooked and chopped chicken

2 teaspoons of Dry white wine tea

2 Eggs, well beaten

2 cups of Dry noodles

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the cornstarch along with one cup of chicken soup.

Step 2 : Add the rest of the soup, chopped chicken, and wine.

Step 3 : Bring the mixture to a rapid boil and, little by little, add the beaten eggs while stirring constantly until the egg is cooked in shreds.

Step 4 : Once ready, remove from heat and serve with dry noodles.
